A. Yes, the jewellery is 100% IGI certified. Soltaires are both GIA and IGI certified.

Q. Is it safe to order fine jewellery online? Is the shipment insured?
A. Yes, it is absolutely safe to order diamond jewellery online. Rest assured, all our shipments are 100% insured and done by jewellery-specialized logistics like BVC/Sequel.

Q. Do you also customize?
A. Yes, we do customize. In fact, almost 40% of our business comes from customized orders.

Q. What is your return/exchange policy?
A. We offer a lifetime 100% exchange value(on prevailing diamond value) and 90% buyback value(on prevailing diamond rate).
Metal is taken back/exchanged at the prevailing metal rate.

Q. Do you use actual alloys in Rose/White gold jewellery or is it polish?
A. All our jewellery is made using high-quality alloys. There is a base metal (Yellow/Rose/White) and it is the original colour of the jewellery piece.

Q. Can you design a piece/collection on a theme or inspiration for a client?
A. Yes, we are always ready to customize and create pieces from scratch, with the help of team of in-house jewellery designers and experts.

Q. What is the diamond quality used in your ready stock?
A. We use the following recommended quality in majority of our ready stock which is among the best being offered across the industry:
Colour: GH/HI(White-Off White)
Clarity: VS-SI(>80% VS)
Cut: Excellent

Note: We are happy to customize jewellery using the client’s desired diamond quality(IJ-SI/HI-SI/EF-VVS).

Q. How do I care for my diamond jewellery?
A. To maintain the shine of your jewel, scrub it lightly with a soft-bristled brush using warm water and detergent-free soap. Then, buff gently with a clean cloth.
Do not use steam or ultrasonic cleaners, as this can cause damage. Store your pieces in a safe, dry place when not worn to protect them from the elements of daily exposure.


Q. What if I want to repair my Sonir jewellery?
A. We can change the ring size +/- by one. Other repairs are case to case and we need to inspect the piece before we can undertake the same. The cost of such repairs will be informed to you prior to its completion.

Q. What all elements do you check in your QC (Quality Check) process?
A. We focus on the following to ensure a perfect jewellery piece goes to the client:-
Polish- To avoid any scratches on the surface
Filing- Part of the polish quality
Setting-
a. All diamonds/stones are at the right level and not differing in position.
b. The right sized pieces are studded according to the design
c. No stone is loosely studded, to avoid risk of loss.
Assembly- The various parts of a jewellery piece are assembled in the apt manner which is symmetrical and according to the design
Diamond quality: All diamonds have to be according to the promised certification.
Size/Dimensions: Specially important in custom-made orders
Rhodium: Checking the quality and consistency of the rhodium polish, making sure it is the best that the design can be made with
Pointy edges/Prongs: This is a very sensitive factor for jewellery users, and is taken special care of by our team.
